🥎 Fiat Panda Wipers Not Working

FIAT 500 II wipers. As any one had any trouble with the wiper s with the 500. I was driving the wifes 500 the other day it started to rain when to put wiper s on. Nothing happend offonoffon nothing wash worked but no wiper s. I thort it may be faulty wiper stork started after a few times onoffonoff. Part: Windscreen wipers. Operation: Removing the wiper motor on Fiat Panda. Remove the screw caps and then unscrew the same screws that secure the wipers with a 13 wrench. Remove the wipers, then unscrew the three screws that secure them to the bar below, as shown in the video, being able to later remove the black protective plastic. My front windscreen wipers wouldn't work at all this morning - previously the water has frozen in the cold but this time they didn't budge at all (they weren't frozen to the screen!) My knowledgeable dad thinks the fuse may have gone, but I've not idea how to change a fuse, or where any spares that came with the car (I bought it new 3 years ago) would be. Surrey. Dec 1, 2015. #3. This happened on my 08 Fiat 500, it turned out the passenger wiper was too high. If you look on the edges of the wipers you'll see three dots on the window and this is where the wipers need to be. I think it was a 13mm spanner to undo the wiper and moving it down, not had any trouble with mine since. I found the smaller wiper on the Tesco flat ones would wobble uncontrolably at speed, got Bosch AeroTwin's on now which are grand. I'd suggest disocnnecting the linkage from the motor and then operating the motor so that it stops in it's proper park position. If the motor has been partially into it's cycle and the linkage has been connected that would explain why the wipers try to clean your bonnet. link between motor & linkage should be at 9 o'clock position at rest. Apparently, the wiper motor had 'lost' its earth connection. The RAC guy had to solder a wire to the existing earth connection on the 4-way wiper motor plug and connect it directly to the chassis. However, when I tried the wipers the next day, they worked for a couple of seconds, but then stopped and have failed to work ever since. Wiper randomly stops working whilst driving, starts up again randomly. Sometimes it'll work for miles, sometimes it'll stop after only a few hundred feet, it pretty much always starts up again after a few minutes or so (but those few minutes can be a bit interesting to attempt to drive in). As I’m driving along if I need the front wiper I put it on and the rear wiper will just start up on its own. It can be intermittent wipe or continuous. Before replacing the wiper motor, check your Panda’s fuse box and determine whether or not the fuse has blown.
